The manufacturing will involve only the products which will be formulated with raw materials purchased from India and elsewhere. The manufacturing activity does not involve production of the basic molecules which is an entirely different line of activity.

 | Cooling Water Treatment Formulations | | |
| Cooling water treatment is a very wide subject addressing the needs of different industry segment. Different industry segments would mean, different process parameters, different water qualities, different process contaminants entering the water, and different plant metallurgies. The following list of formulation procedures will be supplied by M/s TAURUS. Since each product has to carry its own specific identification we prefer to call these product line as ‘WIN - DOSE’ ( means winning dose) followed by a series number for the sake of convenience.
A) Inorganic Phosphate Series
• Win - dose PL 9401 - Primary Corrosion control, with little need for scale/deposit control.
• Win - dose 2000 P for soft or moderately hard water, low retention times, both steel and copper corrosion control.
• Win-dose 2005 P - As in case of 2000 P with additional need for high concentration of phosphate for steel corrosion.
• Win-dose 2010 - as in case of Win dose 2005 P with low risk of Ca/Po4 deposition.
• Win dose 2010 P - same as W 2010 along with copper corrosion control.
• Win Dose 2100 - For moderately hard waters with steel corrosion control and dispersant
• Win Dose 2105 - For moderately hard waters and with high concentration of phosphate.
• Win Dose 2200 - For hard waters, steel corrosion control, prevention of calcium carbonate deposition. Product of choice for high pH.
B) All Organic Corrosion Inhibitors
• Win Dose 1215 OC for chlorinated systems with high suspended solids. Both steel and copper corrosion control.
• Win Dose 2300 for chlorinated systems, scale/deposit control and steel corrosion control.
• Win dose 2350 same as WD 2300. Also provides copper corrosion control. Multi function product for systems with pH 8.0 - 8.5 where operating fluctuations exist.
C) Scale/Deposit Inhibitors
• PL-Series - Win Dose PL-30, PL-77W, PL134W and PL 4000. All the four are applicable to systems requiring supplemental control of Calcium carbonate scale and suspended solids. PL134W is also meant for copper corrosion control.
• Win Dose 1200 Overall suspension of suspended solids, metal oxides and calcium scale inhibitor.
• Win Dose 1210 as WD 1200 coupled with organo phosphonate for higher hardness levels.
• Win dose PCL 1 recommended for cooling pond treatment. Dosage typically below 1 ppm.
D) Alkaline Metal Series
• Win Dose AM - 237 - Premier product for zinc stabilization in zinc chromate treatment.
• Win Dose AM 142 - Applied when zinc is acceptable
• Win Dose AM - 539 - Single product approach where chromate is acceptable.
• Win Dose CL 157 - For hard waters with copper corrosion control
E) Corrosion Inhibitors
• Win Dose CC-5, CC-56 and CU-STAT. These three products are copper corrosion inhibitors having different molecules and combination of inhibitors.
F) Chlorine/Biocide Enhancers (Deposit Penetrants)
• Win Dose DP 361 - A blend of non ionic and polymers
• Win Dose DP 362 - a blend of cationic and non ionic surfactants
• Win Dose DP 363 - Product of choice for air washers. Non ionic penetrants with low foaming tendency.
G) Metal Industry Products
• Win Dose GS 33B, 33D, 33E Scale deposit control products for BOF scrubber treatments, control of iron deposits, control of calcium fluoride scale.
H) Cooling Water Biocides
• Win Dose B 102 - Combination of MBT
• Win Dose B 130 - QAC based
